The creator of OCHIO is Ornella who is from Venezuela. She creates all pieces by hand in her casa studio in Brooklyn, New York. She found a passion in making jewelry as a “slow down your mind” process from working long hours in costumes for film and TV.
OCHIO is a project of pure experimentation and collaboration, inspired by the sensuality of quotidian objects, using metalsmithing techniques to create irregular pieces that highlight flaws over perfection.
